The Goat Blade structure (羊刃格) forms when a yang Day Master is born in the month of its Rob Wealth at its peak (帝旺), for example Jia Wood in a Mao month or Geng Metal in a You month. For a yin Day Master with Rob Wealth as the month's main qi it is usually called Yue Jie (月劫格); the 'Rob Wealth structure' people mention is one of these. The blade is fierce and needs an Officer to restrain it before it achieves greatness.

How the Goat Blade structure forms

For a yang Day Master, check whether the month branch is its Goat Blade: Jia in Mao, Bing and Wu in Wu, Geng in You, Ren in Zi. For a yin Day Master whose month branch holds Rob Wealth as main qi (Yi in a Yin month, Xin in a Shen month), it is usually called Yue Jie. The Day Master is very strong, so Officer, Wealth and Output outside the month are used.
